Location: work from anywhere, strong preference for locations outside of RU/RB in the EU timezone

Status: self-employed contractor

A startup founder and technology executive is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant, who will grow and develop into a Chief of Staff over the next 2-3 years. It’s an international role with exposure to amazing people and cultures worldwide. What will your days be filled with?

Lots of exciting and challenging work, learning, and communicating with people. We believe in having fun and great relationships at work and will do everything to support you. You will always know how your day-to-day work and seemingly small things contribute to our mission and the bigger picture. Your responsibilities will be highly dynamic, split 50/50 between personal and business and include the following:

  • Liaising with vendors and partners

  • Managing calendar

  • Ensuring smooth travel experience

  • Preemptively solving other personal and administrative issues from A to Z

  • Continuous process improvements and automation

What do we expect from you?

The job is full-time and might require some after-hours or weekend availability, which can be balanced by flexible hours/downtime during the week. It can not be combined with another job.

An ideal candidate would be described by people who know her/him well as:

  • Loves supporting others and is obsessed with solving problems creatively

  • Highly reliable, organized, and never misses important details

  • Well-versed and empathic communicator

  • Not only flexible and resilient under stress but thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Treats mistakes as opportunities to learn and improve

Must-haves:

  • Fluent written and spoken English (light or no accent)

  • Digital native: love for technology, apps, automation, and processes that save time

  • Successful experience in a similar role at an international company(s) of >3-5 years

  • Higher education with GPA in the top 10% of the class

  • Track record of excellence in business, academia, and/or sports, etc.

  • Excellent references from previous managers - being evaluated as #1 or as top 10%

  • Openness and ability to learn fast

Strong advantages:

  • Having lived in the US or the UK

  • Advanced user of Asana/Trello, Google Apps, ChatGPT

  • Training in hospitality, preferably as a top-tier hotel concierge

  • Knowledge of Greek

  • Startup and tech experience
